Questions about the money

When is the first payment?

The first week your assistant works. Nothing before that, including the whole recruitment process.

Same rate for every role?

Yes. The work differs, the price does not.

What if they leave, or it is not working?

A free replacement, with no new fee. Because the job is written down, the next person starts where the last one stopped rather than from nothing.

Any tax implications for me?

No. It is a business to business service agreement. We hold the contractor relationship and pay them directly.
