Hire an assistant.
Get a system.

Keep the work only you can do and a trained assistant takes the rest off your plate.

Ask

One system. Everything your business runs on.

Your business stops running on what is in your head and starts running on processes you own. Written and kept current by your assistant, not by you.

How it works

1
The consultation

Thirty minutes to go through your week. We know where the hours usually go, and you leave with a straight answer on what should come off your desk first.

2
The search

We go looking for your role specifically, not whoever happens to be free. Every finalist you meet can already do the job, so the only thing left to decide is which one you want.

3
The handover

We run it. Access, tools and the way you work, all set up before day one, so your assistant is doing real work in their first week, and we stay in it with you from there.

4
The shift

The dread goes first. Then the evenings catching up, and the phone at dinner. Your business keeps moving whether you watch it or not, and the daily note proves it.

What you get back, in money and in hours

We just could not get our social media posts out there. She took that over.
Junk Removers
I’ve referred Skale Bak to many of my clients.
Next Step CFO
My only thought is we should have moved forward with them sooner.

Skale Bak is an incredible company that will help you navigate the world of virtual assistants from the demo, to the packaging. Even and his team are fantastic and are so supportive.

My Sweet Rentals
One of the easiest and smartest decisions I've made for my business.

From the very first call, their team took the time to understand exactly what I needed, and matched me with a trained virtual assistant who fit seamlessly into my workflow. The entire process was fast, stress free, and incredibly professional.

Virtuall Solution
From start to finish, the process was incredibly simple and completely hassle free.

The team at Skale Bak took the time to understand my specific requirements and provided me with a package that perfectly fits my needs.

DME Marketing
The only part that was hard was picking the right person from the five candidates.

We have the most wonderful pleasant person to work with and she is great at what she does.

Healthy Harvest
Would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We found the perfect addition to our team after the initial sourcing and screening of candidates.

Bryce Partners
Yours could go here.

Every one of these started with one call.

What comes with every assistant

70%
Cheaper than hiring locally

An executive assistant at twenty hours a week, against the published United States average wage, the employer benefit burden, and what the laptop, the software and the hiring actually cost. Every line is on the page above.

The money
87 hrs
Back every month

At twenty hours a week. About eleven working days a month you stop spending on work somebody else can do.

The time
7 days
To change your mind

If you do not feel the difference in the first week, we refund that week. You decide, and we do not ask you to explain.

The guarantee
Free
Replacement, any time

For as long as you work with us. The system is already written, so the next person starts where the last one stopped.

The guarantee
30 days
Notice, and you are out

No year long contract and no argument. Every system written for your business stays yours either way.

The terms
Your hours
Not theirs

They work your working day, whatever time zone you are in, not Philippine office hours. You are not waiting overnight for an answer.

The overlap

The three jobs owners hand over first

Questions people actually ask

Where are your assistants based?

The Philippines. All of them. They work your hours, not theirs, so you are not waiting overnight for an answer.

Are they actually my employee?

No, and that is the point. We hold the contract with them and pay them directly, so there is nothing to draw up on your side, no HR to carry and no paperwork with your name on it. On your team in every way that matters day to day, and ours in every way that would cost you a morning.

How long before someone starts?

About three weeks to find them. Around three hundred and fifty people apply for your role, sixty get screened properly, and every one of those is interviewed one to one. Four reach you, and you pick.

Do I get to interview them?

Yes, all four. You choose. We do not assign anyone to you, and we would not want to.

I would not know what to hand over first.

Almost nobody does on the first call. Thirty minutes going through your week is usually enough to name the two or three jobs that should not be yours, and the three roles above are where the time goes for nearly everyone.

Who manages them day to day?

The written system does, not you, and not us standing over them. You get a note every morning saying what they are on and one every evening saying what got done. No status meetings.

Will this take more of my time than it saves?

Twenty minutes of talking per job, once, and five minutes reading it back. After that the system exists whether the person does or not. For the first month we ask for fifteen minutes a day and one call a week with Even.

What if it falls apart in week one?

Seven days to change your mind and we refund that week without asking you to explain. A free replacement for as long as you work with us. And because the system is already written, the next person starts where the last one stopped rather than at the beginning.

Thirteen dollars an hour. What is the catch?

There is no catch and nothing is held back for later. The same help hired locally runs more than three times that once you count the wage, the employer benefits, the laptop, the software and the hiring itself. Every line of that sum is on this page, further up.

What will they not do?

Set your strategy, close your deals, or guess what you want in week one. They will ask questions. That is the right behaviour, not a bad sign.

Get your assistant

Book thirty minutes to go through your week. You leave knowing exactly which jobs come off your desk, who takes them, and what the first month looks like. Not a demo of us, a map of you.

No commitment either way.
